YOUR FIRST VISIT
You will be warmly greeted by our friendly reception staff and offered hot or cold beverages. We will then ask you to complete an accurate confidential up to date medical record and current contact details. You may at this stage decide to unwind by taking advantage of our spa like facilities: massage chair, Digital tv channels and free wifi facilities.
You will be led to one of our treatment/consultation rooms where clinicians will carry out thorough examinations. This may include full facial and/or smile analysis with computer imaging and where suitable xrays and digital photographs. A thorough discussion of the findings and your aims and goals for treatment will be carried out. Treatments are explained and illustrated so that you have a full understanding of all the options.
Should you wish to go ahead with a proposed treatment plan, a written copy and suitable finance options will be given to you for you to take away to consider.

We realise that your time is precious. We endeavour to always run on time and promise to listen to all of your concerns throughout your treatment. Our normal working hours are between
8.30- 5.30 (Mon-Fri)
and some evening appointments are available. We endeavour to see all Emergencies for patients registered with our practice on the same day.

Be rest assured that all of your concerns and wishes will be addressed with complete confidentiality and we will not discuss your treatment with anyone else.
With our central sterilization room, ultrasonic cleaners vacuum autoclave and other decontamination procedures, we are not only adhering to but exceeding current best practice cross infection guidelines. We will be only too happy to demonstrate this.
